European champions Italy dominated the Euro 2020 team of the tournament with five players from the Azzurri squad making the cut.
Italy beat England 3-2 in the dramatic penalty shootout on Sunday evening to claim the Euro 2020 title at Wembley Stadium, London. The match ended 1-1 on the normal time necessitating the tie to be broken in the penalties after another goalless extra time.
Luke Shaw scored with just two minutes of play to put the Three Lions in front but Italian centre back Leonardo Bonucci scored in the second half to level the scores making the match drag to the penalty shootouts.
