Chelsea wins against Fulham as Man City closes in on EPL title

Chelsea received a top-four boost after winning 2-0 against Fulham thanks to Kai Havertz strikes. The Blues headed into the game hoping to secure a win and close in on third-placed Leicester City that drew against Southampton midweek.

Chelsea came into the match having drawn 1-1 against Real Madrid in the Uefa Champions League semifinal. After playing Fulham, they will be hosting Real Madrid on Wednesday for the make-or-break UCL second leg.
