Three fresh cases of COVID-19 reported

The national task force on the pandemic has confirmed that three new cases of COVID-19 have been registered in the last 24 hours.

According to the latest media updates released on Sunday, three people tested positive out of the 647 samples tested in the laboratory.

17,353 cumulative cases have been confirmed to date, out of which 3,701 cases are under follow up. The cumulative numbers of recoveries stand at 13,514 while there are 138 cumulative cases of death.

As of Saturday, the task force registered eight cases of COVID-19 out of the 685 samples tested.

The report indicates that the total numbers of tests done to date are 367, 324 with eight new cases and nil deaths confirmed in the last 24 hours.
